I added a 3 column template below but just in case you begin to miss me around here, I wanted to let you know that I'm taking a little break. I have to do some much needed deep home cleaning and lesson planning for the remainder of our year and the new year also. I have several appointments lined up from dentists to photographers and many books to read. So much to do and so little time. (sigh) Well, "see" you soon or maybe later!

Here's A Cute One
After saving the header in your computer, just open it in the paint program. Go under TOOLS then TEXT to add your title.
Love Mug
headertemplate
This is a cute little tweak that I did today. Finished in one hour exactly too. I love doing two column templates but I will try to come up with some three column ones soon. I have to get a little inspiration before decorating sometimes or I just can't start nor finish one.
If you uploaded any of these templates, please leave a comment. I would love to check it out.
Thanks!

Another Free Blogger Template
Spring Flowers
Here's another free blogger template which I made. Just read the installation directions from the previous post below. Let me know how it works for ya. If you would like me to add your title and text, just let me know. No problemo!
Header
template
Just right click, save and paste. Don't forget to save (download) your old template for safe keeping first.
In answering someone's question as to where did I get the heart signature from, it was created at My Live Signature. After creating your siggy, copy the html code then return to your blog. Go to SETTINGS>FORMATTING. Then paste it into POST TEMPLATE.
When changing templates, you can save your widgets by doing the following:
First, save your old template then highlight and delete the old code down to the bottom area right above this:
] ] > < / b : s k i n >
Then copy the new code down to the same area and paste it to your EDIT HTML area. This usually works if you are keeping the same number of columns.
Your blog posts will be saved no matter how many times you change your look.
When do I get time to do this? When the children are away, Mom will play. ; )
Seriously, I tweak blogs as a form of therapy during the times my children are asleep or I just can't get to sleep. My dh works 24 hr shifts at the Fire dept. and I just can't sleep without my big teddy bear sometimes. After plenty of practice, it only takes about one hour for me to tweak a blog.
UPDATE: I forgot to add that these templates may have my pics still on them as in the examples. My oopsy! Just delete those after you install them. I just realized this. And another thing, the templates have quote boxes specially made for your blog post quotes like this one and bullets were made for listed things in your sidebar similar to mine. Bullets can make your sidebar a little more easier to navigate, IMO. I hope that you enjoy your new look.
Blessings,

Free Blogger Template
Nature Lover
You know that I'm in the blessing business and I have been tinkering with templates for a few months. Well, I designed this one but never used it. I do that kind of stuff quite often around here. Well, I thought it was too pretty to delete so I kept it. Then I had another light bulb moment! I've had some bloggy buds ask about template tweaking so I thought I would give some designs away. These are free, of course. I just looooove helping people. It is definitely so much better to give than to recieve! So here's a link to the Dowload Code and Header. You can open and save these to your computer. I use a free program, Paint.Net, to create my headers so you can add your name and text as you like with that program if you don't have one already. If you would like me to create the title for your header also, just let me know. So just copy the below template code. Then go to LAYOUT>EDIT HTML to paste it into the box. Don't forget to save (download) your old template just in case you make a booboo.

(open, right click to save)
I'll try to add these free templates from time to time as I make them. And no, I don't want to be a designer. I'm just trying to bless a few budgeting mommies like myself.
UPDATE: If you downloaded this header Thursday or Friday then you may want to recopy the template in order to paste it again to your EDIT HTML area. I noticed that the border was not displaying around the header once uploaded so I corrected the template. Sorry if this has caused any inconvenience for you. Just follow the same steps as before.
